Anti-Corruption

Overview

DaHui advises companies and their officers, directors and employees on complying with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK and EU anti-corruption laws, and of course PRC anti-corruption laws, which tend to be stricter than their foreign equivalents.

Our team has decades of experience handling anti-corruption matters for clients in China. We help them focus quickly on the key risk areas in their business operations, including: (i) books and records; (ii) use of consultants and agents; (iii) sales and distribution agreements with third parties; (iv) gifts, travel, and entertainment; (v) state-owned or controlled entities; (vi) vendor relationship management, and (vi) compliance policies, internal training, and culture. Our in-depth industry experience not only ensures that we can efficiently identify key compliance risks, but also allows us to help our clients to benchmark against their peers.
