Joanna is a Partner of DaHui Lawyer’s Corporate and TMT teams. Joanna focuses on information technology and telecoms, media, entertainment and healthcare industries, and excels in providing services to international and local businesses engaging in such industries regarding market entries and regulatory matters. She has served as the team leader for successfully completing regulatory advices, projects implementation and legal due diligence in such industries. Joanna also has extensive experience in data compliance practice, and she advises various clients regarding complex data compliance requirements, builds localized data protection systems, assists businesses in implementing data compliance systems, and conducts data compliance due diligence, etc.

Joanna has been deeply involved in each stage of M&A transactions, private equity investments, foreign direct investment and daily corporate matters. Upon completing many complex cross-border investment transactions, she has extensive experience in conducting legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents. Before joining DaHui Lawyers, Joanna worked in a leading U.S law firm for several years.
