Represented China Huarong Asset Management Co., LTD and its affiliate in a dispute involving overdue payments under a construction contract and related responsibility in a registered capital reduction brought by China Construction Sixth Engineering Division Corp.
Represented China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), the largest group in China in the field of design, manufacture and trade of military and civil ships, marine engineering and marine equipment, in an arbitration to claim for payments under its EPC contract in Pakistan.
Represented a subsidiary company of China State Construction Engineering Group in handling a series of complex construction project dispute litigation and arbitration cases involving two national highways and commercial residential buildings with a total amount of more than RMB 400 million.
Represented Hong Kong-listed company SOCAM win a cross-border arbitration case for compensation of proceeds from debt acquisition of close to RMB 200 million.
