DaHui Adds Yet Another Partner, Yun Chen, to IP and DR Practices

DaHui is pleased to announce that Yun Chen has joined the Firm as a partner in our intellectual property and dispute resolution practice groups. Yun’s joining, from Baker & McKenzie FenXun, follows closely upon that of Reking Chen, from DLA Piper, further expanding the capacity and capabilities of DaHui’s already distinct intellectual property group, as well as the dispute resolution group led by international arbitration expert Arthur Ma and ace litigator Xing Wan.

Prior to Baker FenXun, Yun practiced law at Hui Zhong for several years, after serving as a judge in the Wuxi Intermediate People’s Court of Jiangsu Province. During his tenure at the court, Yun adjudicated over myriad disputes involving copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and unfair competition, as well as countless foreign-related commercial disputes. His docket featured several stand-out cases, including the first international factoring dispute in Wuxi and several “Typical Cases”.

Yun’s legal practice is focused on representing large and usually international companies, especially in materials and manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and technology industries, in complex IP-related and cross-border litigation as well as arbitration. He also advises on and assists with comprehensive IP protection and management.
