Joy Wang

Joy is a Partner in DaHui Lawyers’ Intellectual Property practice team. Joy has accumulated extensive litigation experience in all types of intellectual property disputes, covering patents, copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition and anti-monopoly cases. Joy has represented many multinational companies and domestic enterprises in handling complex intellectual property litigation and disputes. In addition, Joy has rich experience in handling patent invalidation procedures before the Patent Reexamination Board and trademark invalidation procedures before the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board. Before joining DaHui, Joy worked at a leading PRC law firm for several years.
