Xiaoli Zhu

Xiaoli is a Partner in DaHui Lawyers’ Dispute Resolution practice group, primarily focusing on commercial and civil litigation and arbitration matters related to investment, financing, and other corporate areas. He has represented clients involved in a wide range of industries, such as financial investment, retail and consumer franchise, construction, real estate, food and beverages, education, product manufacturing and automotive. In addition, Xiaoli has participated in several large-scale dissolution and restructuring projects.
