Tax Consultants and Tax Senior Consultants

DaHui Lawyers is looking for tax consultants and tax senior consultants to join our tax team in Beijing, Shanghai, and Wuhan.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing tax services and China business advisory services to clients, including tax planning and restructuring.
• Assisting with tax filings, such as for corporate income tax, VAT and personal income tax.
• Assisting in the establishment, operation, liquidation, equity transfer, M&A and reorganization of corporate entities.
• Collecting, organizing and presenting information on laws, regulations and policies related to tax and business issues in China.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Major in tax, finance, law or other related disciplines;
• Relevant tax experience with CPA firms (Big 4 experience is preferred), with experience in law firms or international corporations being a plus;
• CPA or CTA is preferred;
• Excellent written and oral communication in both Chinese and English;
• Able to work as part of a team but also having a strong sense of responsibility; and
• Aspiring to a long-term career in taxation.
