DaHui Dispute Resolution Partner Elected Country Representative in International Arbitration Organization

In July 2015, DaHui dispute resolution partner, Arthur Ma, was appointed as the China representative of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA).  Arthur is the first practitioner from mainland China to hold this position in AFIA.

AFIA currently has over 500 members from 45 countries.  It provides young practitioners with a forum to discuss issues and developments in international arbitration, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific region. Since its inception, AFIA has held 39 symposia in the Asia-Pacific region. With Arthur’s appointment, AFIA has also announced plans to host events in China.

Arthur has been active in the international arbitration community for nearly a decade.  In addition to AFIA, he is also a co-founder of the China Young Arbitration Group (CYAG), which is the first arbitration-focused young practitioner group of its type in China.
