DaHui Ranked Among the Top Firms for Dispute Resolution, Yet Again

DaHui’s victories in the world’s courtrooms and arbitration venues have once again been recognized by a world-class media platform. For the seventh consecutive year, Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific has ranked DaHui as a leading PRC dispute resolution firm. In its 2024 rankings, Benchmark placed DaHui among its top tiers for commercial and transactional dispute resolution, recommended our firm for international arbitration, and recognized us as a notable firm for government and regulatory dispute resolution.

Benchmark Litigation is an international media source focused on the dispute resolution market. This is both the seventh year of the publication covering the China market, and the seventh year of our firm’s inclusion in that list. Describing the firm, Benchmark wrote:

“DaHui Lawyers’ dispute resolution team is particularly known for its work in commercial litigation and arbitration, especially cross-border disputes. The firm represents large foreign corporations and domestic entities before important arbitration centres such as the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Industry leaders in the fields of aviation, energy, technology, manufacturing, IT, automobiles and finance frequently engage the firm for counsel.”

This recognition is the latest in a series of recent awards bestowed upon DaHui. In January, Chambers recommended us in numerous categories; The Legal 500 recognized us across 19 categories last fall; and in April, DaHui was shortlisted as a finalist for Asian Legal Business’s Cybersecurity Firm of the Year and Equity Deal of the Year.

We thank Benchmark Litigation for their continued recognition of our work and our clients for their trust.

About DaHui’s Dispute Resolution Team

DaHui wins cases. Even against the odds, we have a knack for turning cases around. And if it means advancing the interests of our clients, we are as comfortable setting new precedents as we are with the routine. Since the 1990s, our attorneys have acted as legal counsel for both many of China’s leading companies and many of the world’s leading companies in China.

We provide creative and practical counsel to help our clients swiftly resolve their commercial disputes inside and outside court, as both plaintiffs and defendants. Over the decades, we have helped mainstay corporations and institutions prevail in notable cases before all levels of courts across China and beyond. Our successes span disputes concerning IP, competition, labor, commercial bribery, construction, product liability, contracts, securities, M&A, and more areas. We routinely represent leaders in the automotive, aviation, manufacturing, internet & telecoms, tech, finance, energy, construction, infrastructure, and sports industries.

Our team members are widely acknowledged as eminent practitioners in their fields, and most of them are also technical experts (several have engineering backgrounds). Some of our lawyers previously served as judges in Chinese courts or on arbitration commissions, and they put their intimate knowledge of judicial and appellate practice to work for our clients. We take special pride in another fact: many parties turn to us as their last line of defense when facing appeals and even retrials, which we have a track record of resolving successfully, all the way up to the Supreme People’s Court (SPC).

DaHui works differently, as several of our clients have discovered after running into a wall with their previous counsel. We are here to help you find solutions, hope, and victory – not just in China, but across the globe.
