As a Partner of DaHui Lawyer’s Corporate and TMT teams, Joanna focuses on information technology and telecoms, media, entertainment and healthcare industries, and excels in providing services to international and local businesses engaging in such industries regarding market entries and regulatory matters.
Joanna also has extensive experience in data compliance practice, and advises various clients regarding complex data compliance requirements, builds localized data protection systems, and assists businesses in implementing data compliance systems and conducts data compliance due diligence, security assessments, SC filings, and cybersecurity reviews, and more.
In addition to her TMT work, Joanna has been deeply involved in each stage of M&A transactions, private equity investments, foreign direct investment, and daily corporate matters. Upon completing many complex cross-border investment transactions, she has extensive experience in conducting legal due diligence and drafting transaction documents. Before joining DaHui Lawyers, Joanna worked in a leading U.S law firm for several years.
