Jiawen Gong

Jiawen is a Partner in DaHui Lawyers’ corporate/M&A, PE/VC, and capital markets practice groups. His practice focuses on domestic capital markets, M&A, investment and general corporate matters, in industries ranging from construction, engineering and mining through military sectors to finance, medicine and technology. In addition, Jiawen has extensive experience in state-owned-entity mixed-ownership reform, equity incentives and other restructuring and ESOP matters. He has also advised on some high-profile debt and equity issuances by public companies.
